How fast are Telegram PnL alerts delivered? Can I choose the interval?
EOD alerts are generated and sent within seconds of market close. On paid plans you choose your own intraday cadence — 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours — so the bot pings your Telegram channel exactly as often as you want during market hours. The default is 30 minutes; switch any time from your profile.
Do you charge extra for MCX or commodities?
No. Every AlgoEdge plan covers NSE, BSE and MCX together at no additional cost — many tools bill commodities as a separate add-on. MCX also gets its own end-of-day cycle: the report is prepared and sent after the 23:30 commodities close, not at the 15:30 equity close, so the numbers are final when you receive them. Your strategy limit is shared across all segments rather than being counted per segment.
Is my Tradetron data secure?
Yes. AlgoEdge uses read-only access to your Tradetron data. We never execute trades, modify strategies, or store broker credentials. All connections are encrypted and your data is only used for reporting and analytics within your account.
Does AlgoEdge provide trading advice or recommendations?
No. AlgoEdge is strictly a reporting and analytics platform. It is not SEBI registered, does not provide investment advice, and does not make trading recommendations. All trading decisions remain entirely with the user.
Can I share PnL reports with my Telegram subscribers?
Yes. AlgoEdge can send automated PnL alerts to any Telegram channel — private or public. Telegram channel operators use it to share professional daily results with subscribers without manual posting. Public performance pages are available as a paid add-on — contact admin to enable.
