Important Regulatory Notice

AlgoEdge is not registered with SEBI. This platform provides PnL tracking and alert delivery only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any form of regulated financial service. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

1. Acceptance of Terms

—By registering for or using AlgoEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
—These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

—AlgoEdge is a PnL reporting and Telegram alert platform for users of the Tradetron algorithmic trading platform.
—The service displays strategy PnL data sourced directly from Tradetron's API. AlgoEdge does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or provide investment recommendations of any kind.
—AlgoEdge is a technology tool — all trading decisions remain entirely with the user.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer

—AlgoEdge and Mana Studio are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA), Research Analyst (RA), or any other regulated financial entity.
—Nothing on this platform — including PnL reports, analytics, alerts, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or any other form of regulated financial communication.
—Past PnL displayed is informational only. It does not imply, predict, or guarantee future performance.
—Users are solely responsible for their own investment and trading decisions. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making financial decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

—You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
—You are responsible for the accuracy and validity of Tradetron shared access codes you enter into AlgoEdge.
—You must not use AlgoEdge to share or distribute another person's trading data without their consent.
—You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the platform's systems.
—You must not use AlgoEdge for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

—AlgoEdge and Mana Studio shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
—PnL data displayed depends on Tradetron's API availability and accuracy. We do not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of data shown.
—Telegram alert delivery depends on Telegram's infrastructure. We do not guarantee delivery of every alert.
—Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

6. Payments & Refunds

—Paid plans are billed monthly. There are no automatic renewals — you choose when to renew.
—Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact manastudioofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
—We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

—All content, design, code, and branding on AlgoEdge is the property of Mana Studio.
—You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of AlgoEdge without prior written permission.

8. Termination

—We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
—You may delete your account at any time by contacting manastudioofficial@gmail.com.

9. Governing Law

—These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to Terms

—We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
