Before the session: check your connections
Open Strategies and confirm your share codes are working. Check Telegram destinations under Alerts. If you have enabled Auto Token, review its latest status and investigate failures in the broker setup screen. A reporting connection does not confirm that your broker is ready to trade.
During the session: review current status
Use Live Monitor to review connected strategies and the freshness of their data. Error alerts identify reported strategy states that need attention. If Order Matching is enabled, review mismatches in its own screen; it compares Tradetron order information with Tradetron’s broker order-sync view and does not directly connect to your broker.
After the session: review reports
Check the EOD report and strategy-level results, then use Performance to compare historical sessions. If figures differ between views, compare the selected strategies, dates, observation times and multipliers before drawing conclusions. Check the source account for unexplained differences.
Control Telegram content
Return to Alerts → Telegram when you need to change destinations, strategy selections or report settings. Use a test or manual report after changing the setup. Review what a subscriber channel receives before enabling recurring messages.
Publish a public dashboard deliberately
Eligible users can configure a Public Page and share selected views. Review visibility, branding and any password settings, then open the link as a visitor. Publishing a track record exposes the selected information to anyone who can access the page.
Keep access healthy
Replace revoked share codes, remove unused destinations and check report history when delivery fails. Contact support with the affected screen, time and error message. Do not send passwords or private access codes in a public chat.
